# Itsyconnect

> Itsyconnect is a free, local-first Mac app that replaces App Store Connect with a faster interface for managing your apps, releases, analytics, reviews, and TestFlight. It adds bring-your-own-key AI for translations and review replies, and everything stays on your Mac.

Itsyconnect is made by Itsyapps (Nick Ustinov) for indie developers, freelancers, and agencies who manage one or many App Store apps. It connects directly to Apple's App Store Connect API – there is no middleman server, no account, and no telemetry. Website: https://itsyconnect.com

## Platforms and requirements

- Mac: macOS 11 or later (Apple Silicon and Intel).
- Also available as a self-hosted Docker web app, accessible from any device and browser on your network.
- Requires an App Store Connect API key with Admin access (issuer ID, key ID, and private key from your Apple Developer account). No web login or password.

## Pricing

- Completely free. Manage unlimited apps and unlimited developer accounts with every feature included. No subscription, no licences, no in-app purchases.
- AI features are bring-your-own-key (BYOK): you pay your AI provider's usage directly and Itsyconnect adds nothing on top.
- Open source under AGPL-3.0. Available on the Mac App Store and as a GitHub release.

- App portfolio: every app in one dashboard with total downloads, proceeds, and crash-free rates, plus a revenue breakdown by app.
- Analytics: impressions, downloads, proceeds, sessions, crashes, territories, conversion funnels, acquisition sources, and version adoption. Compare any two periods and catch crash spikes early.
- Ship releases: edit descriptions, keywords, and release notes across every locale, pick a build, choose automatic / manual / scheduled release with phased rollout, and save once to ship.
- TestFlight: manage builds, beta groups, and testers; bulk-expire builds; track installs and crashes per build; share public links; review beta feedback with screenshots and device details.
- Reviews: an aggregated review center across all apps and platforms. Filter by app, rating, territory, or status; reply, translate foreign reviews, and draft AI replies or rating appeals in the reviewer's language.
- Keyword optimization: per-locale character budgets, duplicate detection across name / subtitle / keywords, and AI suggestions to maximise coverage and ranking.
- Screenshot management: drag and drop screenshots for every device size, platform, and locale (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV), with AI screenshot translation that preserves fonts and layout.
- Multiple teams: switch between developer accounts instantly, each with its own credentials, apps, and settings.

## AI (bring your own key)

- Translate any or all metadata fields across locales, generate optimised keywords, draft review replies, and write appeals for unfair ratings.
- Supported providers: Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Mistral, DeepSeek, or any local OpenAI-compatible server. A Google Translate fallback works with no AI provider.

## For AI tools and developers

- MCP server: manage your listings from AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or OpenCode – update release notes, translate fields, and add locales without leaving your terminal.
- Self-hosted Docker: run Itsyconnect as a web app on your local network or server with one command, an auto-generated encryption key, and a persistent data volume.

## Privacy

- Local-first: app data lives in a local SQLite database on your Mac. No cloud, no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry.
- Your App Store Connect API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in the macOS Keychain. Private keys never leave your device.
